When you hit a limit
The API answers 429 with a stable code and a Retry-After header giving the
seconds to wait:
RATE_LIMIT_PER_MINUTE: too many requests in the current one-minute window. The window starts with your first request and resets 60 seconds later.QUOTA_MONTHLY_EXCEEDED: the monthly quota is used up;Retry-Aftercounts down to the start of next month (UTC).PUBLIC_RATE_LIMIT: the no-account form's per-IP hourly limit.
After the 3-month trial, an account picks a plan (or pay-as-you-go) to keep
reconstructing; the API answers 402 until it does. The no-account path
stays free.
Public web-form submissions use a short-lived page token: wait ~3 seconds after the page loads before submitting, and reload the page if a token expires (they last 30 minutes).
