For core facilities
A one-page referral sheet for shared microscopy and metrology facilities. Print it, pin it, or forward it.
What the service does
ApertureAPI turns a digital hologram into quantitative phase, amplitude and height maps over the web. Every result comes with an evidence record: the software version, a SHA-256 commitment to the input and the settings, and IDs anyone can check.
Who it fits
Facility users who already record holograms or interferograms and want a reconstruction they can cite and rerun. Five questions decide it: Workflow fit (https://api.apertureapi.com/docs/workflow-fit).
What users get
- A ZIP of float64 arrays, figures, a 3-D mesh and a quality report.
- An evidence record and a ready-to-paste methods line.
- A plain statement of limits: accuracy and repeatability are not yet established. Research use only; not for diagnosis or clinical decisions.
Cost path
- Free, no account: the browser form at https://api.apertureapi.com/ (5 per hour).
- Free trial: an account with an API key, 3 months.
- Design partnership: a fixed-fee, 90-day engagement on the user's own rig with their own reference measurement (https://api.apertureapi.com/docs/design-partnership).
Data handling, in one line
Raw uploads are deleted during the request; result packages are archived as an audit trail; details at https://api.apertureapi.com/docs/procurement.
How to route a user
- Give them https://api.apertureapi.com/signup?ref=FACILITY-HANDLE (replace FACILITY-HANDLE with your facility's short name), or
- have them email system@apertureapi.com and name your facility.
Either way we know the referral came from you.
